Daniela Krug is the Founder and Lead Partner of the Brussels’ Healthcare and Technology practice. Her work is hallmarked by a powerful combination of creativity, professionalism and close partnerships enabling her to deliver optimal solutions. She specializes in the placement of senior executives particularly in the biopharmaceuticals and vaccines area at both global and pan-European level. In addition she advises clients in global HR matters.

Daniela Krug has spent 4 years with GSK Biologicals as Global Talent Management Advisor where she has worked extensively with global senior management in preparing this world-class vaccines business to reach it’s growth target. Previously Daniela was as a global Equity Partner in Technology and Healthcare with Russell Reynolds Associates based both in Brussels and later London.

Personal

Daniela holds an MSc (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Mary Washington University A German native, Daniela speaks English, German, French, Polish and some Dutch.
