Dieter Kastenhuber is an Executive Search Partner with 25 years of consulting experience. He is specialized in the placement of senior executives and professionals in highly dynamic industries such as Technology, Telecommunications. With a degree in Business Administration, he worked as a Strategy Consultant for Gemini Consulting for 12 years, where he led as a Vice President the global Times Practice with more than 400 strategy consultants. He also was a member of the Cap Gemini TMT board in Paris. Afterwards he worked as a Managing Director at Cap Gemini Germany and then joined Unisys as Vice President and Managing Partner where he had Europe-wide responsibility for Unisys Telecom & Media business. Other posts in his career have included Digital Equipment, Gruber, Titze & Partner, Ogilvy & Mather and Management Partner.

Dieter has a business degree from the University Erlangen-Nuernberg and studies in Los Angeles with a Fulbright Scholarship. He resides in the beautiful Kanton Zug.
