• Coaching engagements are managed with a consistent project management methodology
• Chemistry sessions are included to best match clients with coaches
• Contracting, a critical step, takes place with the coach, client, and where applicable, sponsor/s at the outset of one-on-one Executive Coaching and Team Coaching
• Broader stakeholder engagement and review is discussed and agreed on during contracting
• Towards the end of a project and where appropriate, anonymous feedback/insight on themes acquired by the coach team is shared with the project team/sponsors
